PayPal has signed a partnership with Aruba to allow small and medium-sized enterprises and Italian VAT matches to use the electronic invoice in a simple, complete and legal manner.

In this context, Aruba has been active to offer an electronic invoice service that offers customers the opportunity to manage digitally the process of generating, transmitting and storing all those documents necessary for the tax management of a commercial activity.
This is an application designed to automate the administrative work flows of companies and that, thanks to the partnership with PayPal, will also allow to optimize the processes of collection of invoices thanks to the new payment method.
So in Italy the PayPal digital payment platform will be integrated into Aruba’s electronic invoice software to allow companies to cash or pay electronic invoices directly from their PayPal account with just a few clicks.
In addition, Aruba will offer its digital invoice tool with a 20% discount for all PayPal users until May 31, 2019, so as to support small and medium-sized companies and Italian VAT matches in their digital transformation, which is no longer just a signal
