Dynamic Interactions is Salesforce’s new low code tool that simplifies the process of building applications with components that communicate with each other, pass data and react to user actions.

Using Dynamic Interactions, Salesforce pointed out, interactive experiences can now be created by IT administrators and business users in a few minutes and with just a few clicks.

Dynamic Interactions starts with developers building interactive components. These can be basically anything on a web page with which users can interact: like a list, data entry form, graph or map.

Once created, It users can decide when components will react to different actions, such as when someone visiting the page clicks with the mouse or presses specific buttons. And how components interact with each other on a given page, all in the App Builder interface.

Before Dynamic Interactions, Salesforce highlighted, developers had to build custom components and program their interactions whenever they started a new app. This limits developer resources and delays delivery of business-critical apps.

By providing users with these new low-code features, according to Salesforce, Dynamic Interactions is able to help businesses accelerate development cycles, reduce costs and quickly achieve business results.

And since the components are now reusable, they can be applied several times to any new application or business process.

The basis for the solution is the Salesforce Platform.

Every experience on the Salesforce Platform is built with the low-code approach and comes with built-in features of service availability, scalability and security.

It and business users can create contextual and automated experiences that provide the right information and actions at the right time.

And, when necessary, developers can customize and extend the functionality of apps by incorporating standard-based code and exploiting the entire suite of products and services provided with the Salesforce Customer 360 Platform.

As regards Dynamic Interactions, Salesforce announced that the general availability is expected by the end of 2021.
