Kyndryl, the independent public company that will be born following the separation of infrastructure services of Ibm, announced that he had appointed Paolo Degl \ Innocenti President of Kyndryl in Italy.
Paolo Degl \\’Innocenti is currently Vice President of Sales of Ibm Italia, and in such position responsible for managing the business with some of the main customers in Italy.
The Sienese manager spent more than 30 years in Ibm with sales and marketing roles, hardware and software, with responsibilities in Italy and worldwide.
The appointment of Degl”Innocenti is a key step in the creation of Kyndryl’s new global model, which has been simplified to speed up decision-making and bring skills and skills closer to its customers.

To ensure that not only its leadership but also its offerings are closely aligned with customers’ needs, Kyndryl also announced that it will create an integrated global practice for customers, combining managed services, consulting services and implementation.
The company is organizing in six global practices: Cloud; Core Enterprise & zCloud; Applications, Data and Artificial Intelligence; Digital Workplace; Security and Resilience; and Network & Edge.
These announcements are milestones that will prepare Kyndryl for the future: in IBM Global Technology Services nothing will change until responsibility passes to Kyndryl team.
Other key announcements on leadership and reporting structure will follow in the coming months.
The separation announced by Ibm should take place by the end of 2021.
