Structural problems in houses are expensive to fix. Some are not fixed at all. The report won’t make you an expert, but it will give you some indicators.

Even floors. Older homes have even floors. There is a trick that can help distinguish between a typical home and a structural problem. If the floor moves to the middle of the home, it is a charming old home. Houses are similar to people, they get older.
