Amazon launches Amazon Launchpad Innovation Awards, a European free-to-take competition designed to support innovative startups, which gives them the chance to win the…Startup prize of the year of €100,000.
It will win the startup that will have proposed an innovative product, but also sustainable from the economic, social and environmental points of view.
Startups from all over Europe that sell physical products to customers can apply until 28 March 2021 with an English language application.
A jury will appoint the first five most innovative startups from a ranking of fifteen finalists.
The latter will each win a prize of 10,000 euros, free access to Amazon Launchpad for a year and visibility on the Amazon Launchpad Innovation Awards page.
In addition, the…Startup of the year is the most voted by the public among the five most innovative startups will receive an additional prize of 90,000 euros.

Startups wishing to participate in Amazon Launchpad Innovation Awards must be established in a country of the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, have less than 50 employees and a total annual turnover of less than 10 million euros and operate from less than
The jury will select the products according to their aesthetics, design, uniqueness and differentiation.
The social, ecological and economic sustainability aspects will also be assessed as criteria for judgement.
